Fully Furnished thank clients with loyalty reward scheme

Fully Furnished, a furniture solutions provider to the property industry, are set to launch “Part of The Furniture”, a loyalty reward scheme which will show their appreciation to faithful clients Fully Furnished will offer the rewards as part of the commission package offered to their customers who include estate agents, lettings agents, developers and relocation agents. Clients will now not only have access to a range of high profile sporting and music events, but also to major retailers from Selfridges to Virgin.
Alec Watt, Managing Director, explains how the scheme will work:
"The value of the reward will be pre-agreed between the Fully Furnished and the client and will be based on the monetary worth of the order. Once completion has taken place, a reward code will be issued which enables the client to choose gifts from a great collection of providers.
"Codes can be combined in order to redeem a greater value or, alternatively, if you don't want to spend the full value, you can spend a portion of it and save the rest for another time.”
Examples of providers available include; Harvey Nichols, Champneys, John Lewis, Comet, Boots, HMV, Virgin Atlantic, Marriott Hotels, Saks, Thomas Cook, Pizza Express and Marks & Spencer.
